Create a useful pre-alert

Notify BUTIGAL about an expected package before arrival and provide enough information for faster matching.

What a pre-alert does

A pre-alert tells the warehouse what package to expect and which customer owns it. It does not confirm physical receipt; warehouse staff still verify the delivered package.

Submit information early

Create the pre-alert after the retailer provides a reliable tracking number and before warehouse delivery whenever possible.

Enter the tracking number without extra spaces.
Name the retailer or sender.
Describe what is expected inside.
