Consolidation decisions

Understand why multiple eligible packages may be grouped and what to review before consolidation.

Consolidation groups packages into one transport movement

Eligible packages for the same customer, destination, receiver, and service may be combined into one shipment. This can simplify transport and tracking, but it does not automatically guarantee a lower total charge.

Review compatibility before grouping

Some items may require separate handling because of size, fragility, batteries, liquids, customs requirements, service level, or destination restrictions.

Check that every intended package appears in the shipment.
Confirm that unrelated packages were not added.
Ask support before dispatch if the package list is wrong.
