Shipments

Follow consolidation, dispatch, transit, arrival, and delivery.

A shipment can contain multiple packages

Eligible packages may be consolidated into one shipment. The shipment becomes the main record for transport, charges, tracking, and delivery.

Understand the status flow

Shipment statuses show where the shipment is in the operational journey. Status wording may vary by service, but the sequence normally moves from preparation to dispatch, transit, arrival, and completion.

Check the package list before dispatch.
Pay required charges when the invoice becomes available.
Use the shipment tracking reference for updates.

Report exceptions with references

When contacting support, include the shipment number, affected package, and the latest status you can see. This reduces investigation time.
