Understand cached content, reconnect before critical actions, apply new versions, and protect sessions on mobile devices.

Offline availability is limited

Previously cached pages or an offline fallback may remain visible without a connection, but current balances, status changes, submissions, payments, and support messages require reliable connectivity.

Refresh when a new version is ready

When BUTIGAL reports that a newer version is ready, save unfinished work and use the update action so the browser loads current navigation, translations, fixes, and service behavior.

Protect the mobile session

Use device locking, install system and browser updates, avoid untrusted networks for sensitive payments, and sign out before lending or selling the device.

Reconnect and refresh before submitting critical forms.
Do not treat cached information as a live status.
Report unexpected mobile account activity promptly.
