Choose the right support channel

Decide when to use a support ticket, live chat, notification reply, or another official customer channel.

Use tickets for traceable issues

A support ticket creates a documented conversation connected to a package, shipment, payment, Buy For Me order, pickup, declaration, account, or service issue.

Use chat for immediate guidance when available

Live chat is useful for quick questions, navigation help, or clarifying the next step. Complex investigations, claims, and evidence should still be recorded in a ticket.

Use one official conversation for the same issue.
Avoid opening duplicate tickets for the same record.
Never send sensitive information through unofficial contacts.
