Dispatch and transit statuses

Understand the operational meaning of preparing, dispatched, in transit, arrived, and completed statuses.

Preparing means dispatch is not complete

A shipment can be created and billed while warehouse or transport preparation is still underway. Dispatch is confirmed only when the operational status changes accordingly.

Transit updates are milestone-based

Tracking events may appear only when the shipment reaches a checkpoint, carrier scan, airport, hub, customs stage, destination warehouse, or delivery event.

A quiet period does not always mean the shipment stopped.
Use the latest event time and location for context.
Contact support when the status exceeds the expected service window.
