Choose and follow the pickup payment

Select the available payment option and understand unpaid, pending, paid, and completed states.

Payment options depend on the request

Available options can include payment at pickup, online payment, warehouse payment, or mobile money such as TMoney or Moov Money. Use only the option shown for the request.

Payment status and pickup status are different

A pickup can be awaiting payment, awaiting payment review, scheduled, assigned, collected, or received. A paid fee does not by itself confirm that the driver has collected the package.

Keep the payment receipt and reference.
Do not create duplicate payments while review is pending.
Check both the Finance page and pickup status.
