Submit the preferred pickup date and time window plus an alternative when available. BUTIGAL reviews driver availability, route capacity, service area, warehouse operations, and request readiness before confirmation.

Read the final confirmed schedule

The confirmed date or time window can differ from the original request. Review schedule notes and notifications, then make sure the contact and package are available.

Respond quickly to schedule adjustment requests.
Notify support if the package will not be ready.
